DAILY TWIST 1

Yesterday’s Orlando’s terror attacked as it is being labeled created a world view that might be perplexing if you view things in a leftist way.

We have an attack or should we say a massacre by Islam a much protected religion under liberalism assaulting another well protected and highly prized group of people that practice what Islam considers as a sinful behavior; what are the elite liberals to do.

On one end the Obama administration has overly embraced Islam as peaceful they only site terrorism as its own entity apart of Muslims and core Islam but on the other hand the same administration has flipped over backwards to usher in homosexuality as the norm but they failed to give the memo to Islam do not attack homosexuality.

Do liberals really think a hard core religion like Islam that believes western society is morally reprehensible would embrace homosexuality which has been one of the main causes this administration has invested in.

Liberals have built a cage as you will and put a poisonous spider in the same cage as a group of bees and the spider has just killed 50 of those bees should we expect less.

Two groups who liberals expect everyone to tolerate could not be tolerated the other. Mind you Muslim hate the concept of tolerance to their religion it’s very disrespectful since they view Islam the true religion and Allah the true God and to tolerate send a message that you view them as wrong but you will tolerate the wrongness.

So how are liberals to twist this event well here it is.

ACLU the champion of liberalism has blamed Christians for this very shooting.

The idea of having thoughts and prayers for the victims and the families is Islamophobic and because Christians view homosexuality as sinful behavior that is the cause for the massacre.

Okay let’s put this in a Christian world view perspective. Praying for people and their families that have fallen victims of this tragedy does not disrespect Muslims; attention liberals, if you are not aware Muslim pray as well have you ever heard of a prayer rug?

Christians have not labeled homosexuality as sin God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit all have described the behavior as sinful. Islam does not believe in the triune God that such as Christians do so there is no reason why they would take any influence from a Christian perspective.

Christianity does not condone an anti queer climate that includes murdering people based on the sin they wallow in. Christianity requires repentance of sin it does not attack, kill or injure sinners it would be self defeating since we are in sin.

The sinful nature of liberalism has protected a sin that has killed another sin that is highly prized in their world view and now they must pawn it off on something else that liberals hate, either Christians or guns and preferably both.

Finally super intelligent Seth McFarland has figured out a way to fix this problem and that is ban automatic weapons.

FullSizeRender (2)

The problem with this brilliant line of thinking is automatic weapons were already banned from this nightclub and look what happened.

I’m sure McFarland would come back and say ban auto guns then mass shootings can’t happen.

Okay let’s not forget it’s just as easy to set off pipe bombs, explosives, poisoning people, mass killings with automobiles by running down people ect. ect. ect.

The Christian world view doesn’t ban tools but demands the heart and mind follow Jesus.

Biblical principles are of peaceful resolutions to adversities, one does not need to rebuke his neighbor for owning a sword when instead he can show the world that a sword can be used for good not evil.

RED LETTER HYPOCRISY

30

Reading a post from the Red Letter Christians today and you would assume the name Red Letter would mean Jesus’ words alone, but you would be quite wrong if you did.

The article was on a protester that protested the Trump Chicago rally because in their mind Trump is a racist. Why, because Trump in the past has called people names and wants to build a boarder.

Now mind you I’m not a Trump supporter, I have a different candidate that I am supporting but this is not the point.

Tony Campolo and his Red Letters don’t see the hypocrisy in all this as a matter of fact they publish the hypocrisy.

What is the hypocrisy, it is that one can protest a candidate because they don’t like them. Let’s call him a racist because he shoots his mouth off now and again but nothing about why Biblically one needs to disrupt presidential rally.

Never mind the candidate supports abortion, has no clue of what it means to be a true Christian, has no intentions and will not repent of any violations of God moral code even though he believes to be a Christian and this from a group that insist they follow the words of Jesus.

The second hypocrisy is the protester makes it plain that Trump is the target based on he called people names making him a racist. Let’s forget that two candidates Bernie Sanders and Hilary Clinton have promised abortion on demand be the main stay law of the land if elected. There will be no protection for the unborn with a democratic candidate with both candidates in clear violation of the 6th and 8th commandments but I guess red letters don’t agree those are worth protesting.

Amazing how progressive Christians won’t see truth because it clouds their agenda. True sin in the mind of a liberal Christian is negative emotions; it is symbolism over substance something well defined in the Red Letter Christian.

WINNERS LOSERS OF IOWA

26

Iowa Caucus done and in the books, big winners big losers this week.

Big winners on the GOP have to be Cruz who won but barely, Trump and Rubio. Both Trump and Rubio were not pummeled but stayed real close and that is a win.

To me this is a real win for Americans in general, both Cruz and Rubio have good plans for America both are pro life and both have good tax plans as well. I view both Cruz and Rubio as pretty good statesmen with Cruz getting the node based on his smaller government ideology over Rubio.

What about Trump well I just don’t have the faith in the Donald like others. A red herring is my first thought, a man who use to support the Clintons, was a self toting liberal from New York just does not have my trust Ross Perot comes to mind. Could Trump have changed and gone middle of the road GOP well of course anything is possible I just don’t trust him at this point he won’t get my primary vote.

Big losers in the GOP Paul, Bush and the rest. I like Paul and hope he can climb back up but I have to admit I’m glad to see Bush fair so poorly. What I would like to see is Paul, Cruz and Rubio fight it out instead of Trump. I know these are political guys in the establishment but these three men have in my opinion the best ideas for America at this point in our time.

Big winner in the DNC are both Clinton and Sanders, Sanders holding on tight and probably will win New Hampshire but after that I think Clinton will blow his doors off.

The losers in the DNC are O’Malley and the American people. Right now the big winner for Sanders is Karl Marx. The fact Americans have split the vote between a lier and a socialist that cannot understand economics is sad very sad indeed. Both Clinton and Sanders want government growth and the only way to do this is for you to give the government your money.

You cannot have free collage, free internet without somebody paying for it. Teacher do not teach for free and AT&T does not give out free data plans. Socially the DNC is morally bankrupt, theft from personal property to pay for free stuff is morally wrong. Killing innocent unborn humans is morally wrong, dismantling the traditional family is morally wrong and those are just the basics.

This is the year people, the year you decide what kind of America do you want, choose wisely because we cannot take back what we choose. In a good world view one should be able to do so but in a real world view it won’t be given back, you are stuck with what you took.

VIEWS MATTER

12

The news of the day in the conservative Christian world easily has to be the open letter from John Piper to Jerry Falwell Jr. about Falwells comments on Christians and guns and the letter back from American Vision’s Dr. Joel McDurmon and a letter written in 2008 by Dr. James White of Alpha and Omega Ministries to John Piper explaining to Piper the Biblical response to responsible self defense of the Christian and how maybe some of Pipers letter may have gotten scripture wrong.

First of all let us set our players so everyone knows what the heck is going on here. John Piper is educated in seminary and is the founder of desiringgod.org. He is a prominent speaker and is held widely as having quite the knowledge of Biblical theology an authority worth listening to in short when it comes to many things in Christianity Piper is the one to listen to.

Jerry Falwell Jr. is the son of Jerry Falwell Sr. the founder of the moral majority that was so instrumental in the 80’s and 90’s with guiding the political moral fiber of this country, it seems Jr. has not fallen far from the tree. Falwell is now president of Liberty University the college Sr. founded.

Falwell spoke out on how Christians need to learn how, know and use guns for the coming future. This of course set out a barrage of negative discourse among liberals and liberal Christians a few weeks ago and Piper has weighed in on the Falwells speech as well.

What makes this a big deal is why Piper would bother to get into this kind of conversation. A conversation that one would surly loose if you understand the Biblical construct of self defense and the knowledge of why conservative Christianity backs these kind of ideas. It tells a lot about Piper, it tells us either Piper has completely misunderstood Falwell (which is the belief I hold) or the liberal cracks are beginning to show in Pipers theology (which is the belief I hold as well).

I will confess I don’t know Piper and Falwell extremely well. What exposure I have had with Piper is negative at best. Watching him on a round table Q&A show hosted by Ligoneir ministries it was very front and center that Piper was acting liberal as he tried to defend a subject on social liberalism opposing the conservative view, a viewpoint that would only be rational in a perfect world and we don’t live in a perfect world.

Now don’t get this wrong this is not a scathing attack on John Piper for talking bad about guns. Much like Glenn Beck Piper has entered an arena he ought not to tread.

Glenn Beck is probably in the top three most brilliant persons in the conservative political movement. His understanding of politics is beyond most and mainly because he has values. But when Beck steps into the arena of religion and theology he immediately becomes a 4 year old and understands nothing of the God of the Bible, religion in general even his own and nothing of theology.

Piper is the same, in theology and understanding the Bible and God he is a giant and deserves nothing but respect. As soon as Piper enters that field of politics and social understanding of the secular man his wisdom drops to that of an 8 year old. Yes he can take and quote scripture to try and defend his case but his liberalistic ideas hold him back. He does not understand the conservative idea of social issues and thus I think Piper misunderstands those points of scripture, note this is nothing that anyone has not done no one is immune to this.

Why is this important why do we care and should we care? Well yes we need to care when a giant in theology attacks Christian conservatism because our theology partly rest on these ideas.

I suspect Piper does understand what he is doing he is a brilliant man but my question is does Piper really misunderstand this issue or does he want to believe this way. Better defined does Piper want the scripture to say something it might not be saying because this is what he believes in his social political beliefs.

Theology aside politics matters, I have said this before politics is woven in the fabric of the country and our lives because we are given the freedom to be a part of the freedom.

I have said before liberal Christians will often leave their politics for their liberal religion while conservative Christians will not, they hold to both the theology and the politics that allows the freedom of ideas. This is why conservative Christians have spoke out against Pipers letter to Falwell. It is not because they want to take down a theology giant but because it matters and we care what Piper says and believes. Conservatives don’t hate Piper they are concerned for Piper and how his words affect society.

John Pipers view is nothing new, I have read many blogs and articles from liberal Christians as to why we should not own guns, most of these bloggers will give away to self defense but some still hold that we must lay our weapons down for Gods trust it is not us that exacts the punishment.

I urge you to read both Dr. Whites and Dr. McDurmon’s response letters to Piper to fully understand the conservative Christian’s view. Again I am not deterring anything from John Pipers Biblical theology and understanding; I personally am a 2 year old when it comes to theology compared to Piper. What I am pointing out is when Christians like Piper take scripture out of context  or misunderstand scripture it feeds their ideology and that is not good. Whether it was done on purpose or the fact Piper wants to believe this it still is not good.

We all have misunderstood or taken scripture out of context, it is easy to do but we have to remember as Christians we are in this together and being divided serves no one.

With that said this just shows there is a battle of conservative and liberal ideas in the Christians community and there will be casualties for things said.

Piper brings so much to the table of Christian theology, evangelism and teaching just as Glenn Beck brings so much to the political table but people have to understand their strengths that God has blessed them with and try not to stretch those muscles beyond their capability. Most of all truth must reign first and only first both in Christianity, theology and the social arena.

CONSERVATIVE CONTRAST

24

There is a contrast that separates conservatives and conservative Christians in general and the news of this week shows this contrast well.

Make no mistake conservative and conservative Christians are not at odds with each other, most of the time they are very tightly joined but when theology is involved Christians will start to circle the wagons of their faith more so than the average conservative.

This week in the news shows us this contrast with the Christian faith in The God of the Bible and the defense of Donald Trump. Christians are dealing with so called liberal Christians that assert that the God of Islam is the same God of the Bible while conservatives are dealing with the defense of free speech of Donald Trump from calling Hilary a liar to speeches by Trump causing peaceful Muslims to become radicalized for saying maybe some Mosques need to be shut down.

Both issues are slightly related to each other but still both issues have complete non related outcomes. For the conservative it’s like a fresh drink of water to have a candidate say what everyone is thinking. We know Hilary and the DNC is in a constant lie and most Americans are in fear of Muslims and what kind of violence can ensue.

For the Christian conservative that follows Jesus the idea that Allah and “Elohim or I Am” being the same god is heresy at best it is defiantly is not a heterodox in any stretch of the imagination no matter how much liberal Christians want this to be true. Yes while Christianity, Islam and Judaism fall under the idea of theism Christians are by no means worshiping the same god of Islam.

While conservatives deal with free speech and the undermining of the liberal agenda that marks the main stream media and the DNC the conservative Christians deal with both issues since truly a conservative Christian must make all issues be a part of the Christian view and that includes dealing with candidates that people inside the conservative cause don’t necessarily agree with or even have any reason to side with. The goal would be to work inside the Christian world view in the hopes it works with the moral law of God and the American view of freedom and the constitution that our founding fathers and framers developed for us.

For the most part Christians in general whether they are conservative or liberal battle the political and religious end of their ideology. Liberals will tend to leave the politics in favor of liberal theology while conservative Christians normally will not.

Conservative Christians understand the fabric of politics that is woven into religion. While conservative Christians normally will not allow politics to make or break their theology, politics does impact the society we live in and can effect how that theology is spoken, delivered and received making politics important in not only the Christian world view but the world view in general.

What conservative have to understand, whether they are non believers of God or bordering on atheism, whether they are Jewish or apart of polytheism is that Christianity is the cornerstone of the American foundation of this county. People like Dennis Prager know and understand this and they know and understand how much the belief in God and Christianity in general has shaped this country.

One of the main reason why liberals want to fundamentally change America is because people are not  bowing down to progressiveness that does not believe in secular relativism. Not only is America too white, too capitalist it is also too Christian and that cannot be a part of a liberal America.

Conservatives have known they all are an enemy of the liberal, harsh words enemy but sadly it’s true. Liberals have no need for conservative values, yes some may love God but for the most part they dislike the idea that requires repentance and a declaration to follow Jesus in the same breath. Liberal Christians want that red letter love and nothing to do with obedience to God because that takes away the idea of free will and autonomy.  Liberal Christians that believe in repentance, following Jesus and being obedient to God always throw in the love first for everyone that questions disobedience and demands repentance not fully understanding that with love comes obedience but before all that we need to truly repent.

While conservatives in general do not need to completely know and understand the theology of Christianity  or each individuals philosophy they do need to know and understand how Christianity and the belief in the God of the Bible have shaped this country. Knowing how gives understanding how conservatism works in a joint effort of multi beliefs.

Christian conservatives have to balance these multi beliefs and they have to learn it is not a deal breaker to work with beliefs that are not Christian beliefs but still function with in Gods moral law. Not everyone will follow the conservative Christian idea that is for sure but we can still live and work in the same world, we can still share in ideas that will grow this country for the better.

Taking the conservative ideas that are not Christian in general and transforming and changing these multi views into a Christian view might still could be done. We  just have to view core beliefs as important to all conservatives hard to do sometimes but important for stability. Building on a good conservative idea that is not Christian can be done and for the believer may even be an idea that can be transformed into the Christians world view.

As we go into an election year understand it will be a fight but I believe it is key for conservatives to stay strong, stay logical and stay united. Liberalism and moderates riding the fence lack logic and unity something the conservative idea should do its best to capitalize on. The goal is simple, bring back America before we loose it.

CLIMATE CHANGE HAS LITTLE ROOM FOR ATHEIST

16

We might think atheism and secularism as a minor force with strong arms today trying to end Christianity as we know it.

Atheist claim they don’t believe in any religion but for reasons that can be debated they seem to pay particular attention to Christianity trying to discredit it, they’re more anti theist than just people that claim not to believe in a God or the supernatural and leave it at that.

It is my thoughts that liberalism cannot at this point in time allow atheism to totally destroy the idea of God from our heart, our minds yes but the idea of a God must be allowed to live in the heart of man. Romans 12:2

The reason being is atheism for the most part is a leftist point of view. Yes there maybe some conservative atheist out there but they would be more economically conservative rather than socially conservative and those people that identify themselves as atheist rarely identify with the same moral ideology as people that do believe in God or Christianity. Note both can but most of the time there is normally a difference of opinion on a moral law code.

Conservatives and Christian conservatives in general think similar and believe similar. They tend to share values much the same and the embrace moral and ethical values much the same.

The leftist agenda is contrary to the conservative agenda particularly in climate change and global warming. This idea is not universally anti Christian as we see a few Christians take up the leftist cause of radical environmentalism.

Most Christians that subscribe to radical environmentalism can be defined as liberal leaning and therefore are sometimes dismissed as legitimate  believers in true Christianity but make no mistake those Christians that do endorse radical environmentalism such as Pope Francis have a wide following in the leftist community.

This is where I have wrote before it’s a fine line for leaders like Sir Francis to court radical environmentalism but being that said it is also a fine line for leftist to court Christians that embrace this idea as well. 1 John 2:15

By no means is Pope Francis an advocate of abortion something leftist embrace with open arms as a rite of passage. For leftist  hope to convince as many people as possible to believe in radical man made climate change they need all the help they can. If they cannot legislate it down our throats then having the aid of top Christians leaders to preach radical climate change in the pulpit is a plus which is why they cannot fully condone the actions of radical atheism that is anti theist.

To the atheist that believe in no God, believes in random chance, believes in subjective morality they in principle should not care one way or another if man made climate change is real or just junk science..

In the words of Jeff Durbin pastor of Apologia church in Tempe Arizona “So what”, so what if it’s man made or not it does not stop the random chance of happening.

So what if the polar bears run out of ice, survival of the fittest regardless if man made carbon from cars that melt ice or if three super volcanos erupt and ash covers the earth and kills one quarter of the earth species, it happens. In reality what happens is so what; if naturalism is real then life will go on, government regulations won’t change that.

Leftist who rely on radical environmentalism for power cannot have this, they need people to be behind them and to believe in the cause and while many atheist won’t buy this idea of a “so what” reality they should in order to be true to their beliefs.

Liberal leftist may just need the belief in God to continue and having the aid of Christians that believe God puts man in total control of his creation is a win. They need leaders like Rev Mitchell C Hescox that have doubt in what God can do to infiltrate the minds and emotions of their followers and a total disbelief in God cannot be on the agenda at this time.

While both atheist and like minded liberals would love to see the end of a Biblical moral law the goal might be to rid God from people’s minds but keep the notion of a God that is good, environmentally gentle and emotionally illogical in our hearts.

THE DEBATE

image

Tonight another GOP debate, I do have a dog in this fight because frankly the DNC is full of has-been old white guys or socialist on the verge of being a communists so I’m not thrilled with ever voting demo-liberal I’d rather vote for a paper towel over Bernie Sanders or Clinton.
What I read on the Emags and Twitter is tonight’s debate is over substance this will separate the adults from the children. (Can’t say men from boys since Carly is running).

What does substance mean, and what does it mean from a liberal network like CNBC. No more questions like “would you really let a woman die and not let her have an abortion” Megan Kelly should have been fired for that moronic question to Scott Walker.
I don’t have faith in CNBC, they do good when they show formula 1 Grand Prix’s for NBC Sports occasionally but besides that who watches CNBC well I guess you will be if you watch the debate.

Will Trump bounce back will Carson surge forward will Rubio scream I don’t know.
One thing I guess is this debate might thin the herd a bit, maybe Bush stumbles maybe Christie has mob ties.

One thing I do hope is that they the candidates put their energy in defeating the socialist democrats yes the democrat socialist that is what Sanders identifies himself and what he and his party wants for this country.

Forget the back stabbing guys and gal let’s focus on winning the prize regardless if you are nominated or not.

CHRISTIANITY AND AMERICA

12

If we accept the notion that America should not be or is not a Christian national we fail to see the consequences that could have been and will be.
The founding framers attempted to design the constitution with the adaptation of natural law. They were of course a few ticks off but still maintained the importance of the need of The God of the Bible essence to be an integral part of the framework.

A strong percentage of our framers belonged to one church denomination or another, whether they were truly saved is not ours to judge but we have to know this affiliation to a Judeo-Christian church had to influence their judgment when creating a country such as America.
If we take Christianity away then we need only to take away some of our founding fathers like George Washington wondering would we have won the revolution without him and his Christian influence. Would a country full of atheist, Islamism, Buddhist and Hindus could have challenged the crown.

Would we still have a two party political system with the democrats and the Wigs parties? One could argue there would be no need for a man like Abraham Lincoln and how long would America continue slavery without the objection of the Christians.

In 1821 Benjamin Lunday, a Quaker from Ohio, started an anti-slavery newspaper “The Genius of Universal Emancipation.” 1830: The Plantation Mission Movement began. Methodist chapels were constructed on many plantations. 1959 John Brown raid on Haper’s ferry are just a few of the many Christian movements that combated slavery in America.

Christian missionaries moved in to helping the Native Americans, Christianizing many tribes over the years one notable being the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma.

As America became more prosperous missionary work flourished, one can easily criticize America’s greed but one cannot take away from prosperous people that gave and continue to give for and to missionaries to help the poor and disadvantaged in this country and abroad with privet contributions.

Much of our colleges we have today started out as Christian based education, Harvard, Yale, Princeton to name a few.

Civil rights movement of the 1960’s was heavily Christian with Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King and seminary students like John Lewis

We can argue and debate on this issue but it’s fairly easy to see the Christian influences in this country are huge. Can we say we are not a Christian nation well I guess one can make the case but we have to say we are a nation of Christian’s and a nation that has been impacted by Christianity. Can you make a case that our government should be secular, yes you can but we must then demand or statesmen and women to be Godly?

Our government functionality should be unbiased to everyone but the people that fill those positions in government should be Godly good statesmen.

If we have bad statesmen then we have bad government, ungodly statesmen ungodly government. In past it was important that anyone serving the public have some ties to a Judeo-Christian believing church of some kind. You can argue this is not fair for a county that embraces all religions all faiths but I’m not sure your argument would be valid.

Go back to the founding framers and their original intentions of natural law, this requires a statesman to know and understand moral law to govern. Can men and women of other faith know and understand good and bad and how morality plays out in a society; to an extent they can but they will fail to grasp why and who set these laws in motion thus the slow migration from a good and moral set of rules to a mixture of moral relativism.

I suspect the last few sentences will enrage some people, we can say America was not intended to be a Christian only nation but we have to admit it is a nation of Christians that have impacted society and helped design country based on a rule and law held on a notion of a creator and one God. A country based on a God with a moral law to protect and govern all that live in this great nation.

WHY TRUMP ?

7

I was reading a blog by a fellow blogger on one theory why Donald Trump is doing so well in the polls right now.
Normally I don’t trust polls I mean when was the last time you were asked to respond to questions on a poll for me it’s been years so I wonder what kind of people have the time to take polls.
The blogger actually had a decent theory one I wouldn’t necessarily refute but I felt it was short on reasons and I think there is more to why Trump is doing well.
Interesting Jeb Bush made a statement to Fox News a few weeks ago when asked the same question. He responded “ask me again in two months”. To me that was good response, Trump is high on insults and telling himself how good he looks but short on debating skills not that it is presssing in leadership but one still needs to get their point across in a full on debate with 8 other self absorbed people who all want your vote. (Special note Ted Cruz and Bobby Jindal are exempt from this, you know where my vote is going)
So why is Trump doing so well, first off the GOP got its rear end handed to themselves by moderate candidates with the likes of John McCain and Mitt Romney even more reason not to trust so called experts of Karl Rove and Ann Colter who shoved these two losers down our throats.
The DNC and its establishment has kicked the GOP candidates around for the last 8 years and now finally a new non establishment candidate comes out and swings back at the government and its minions. I believe this has gotten people to perk up and open their eyes and start listening.
Yes the Donald says things that may seem inappropriate but I believe that is what people want to here. Trump says what you and I have been saying for over 8 years.

Even Ben Carson has said some so called PC incorrectness  that you and I are saying to ourselves right now so it’s no surprise to see Carson leveling up to Trumps poll numbers

8.

Trumps appeal is he hits back, he calls it as he sees it. Somebody makes fun of Trump or talks ill of him and he does the same back.
Trump gets in their faces and tells everyone he can do it better, whether he can or not does not matter right now people are tired of being pushed around by our government and they love it when somebody pushes back.

People are tired of the same old game one reason why I think Bernie Sanders is doing fairly well with liberals. Sanders is adding something new to an already socialist Democratic Party by promising more extreme socialism of free this and free that by way of class warfare, Bernie’s going to stick it to those rich Wall Street guys and take what it yours and give it to everyone or at least back to the government to spend more.

9
Trumps saying and doing what people want to do and what people want to hear out of a candidate regardless of the substance or lack thereof.

Whether or not Jeb Bush is right; for now the rest of the insider candidates have to be worried about what if. What if Trump or Carson keep rolling on and one of them wins this thing?

Final thoughts, although I’m not a fan of either Trump or Carson at this time I do see something good about these two men. They are standing up to the establishment and showing future GOP candidates what needs to be done.

Cowering to RINO’s like Rove, Romney and misspoken commentators of Colter and the moderates at Fox News won’t get you support of every GOP voter.

What voters want is a man or a woman that can simply say yes or no. Simply put in Matthew 5:37 All you need to say is simply ‘Yes’ or ‘No’; anything beyond this comes from the evil one

MONDAY THOUGHTS 1

monday1

Greetings this Monday; some of us decompressing over the weekend depending on what we did. I guess the big news of the week going through the weekend has been the visit of Pope Francis. He has gone home now but as Monday arises I can see a division of both Catholics and Protestants, liberals and conservatives over Sir Francis’s visit to my country.

I can only offer my opinion as to why this is, why one man can divide when such a visit should be unity. First to my Catholic friends there is no disrespect to the Catholic doctrine on my part I’m only giving my assessment of Francis’s visit. I know Catholics will say they are not the cause of such division and I also know Pope Francis has an agenda and I’m sure has no plans to change that agenda.

The reason why there is and maybe continue to be a division is simply Pope Francis is a socialist and he brought his Marxist ideas with him. If you don’t think Sir Francis is a socialist you need to lift your head out of the sand.

I personally felt if you get a chance to speak in front of Congressmen and Senators and you are a professed man of God you need to preach the Gospel not preach your political agenda. Open the speech up with prayer for one; condemn abortion and the funding of groups that would sell murdered body parts it’s not enough to just say all life is precious when Planned Parenthood is buying  Lamborghini’s off the organs of our unborn children.

A statement was made that Pope Francis’s visit to America was a slap in conservative’s faces and I have to agree with that, it’s also a big letdown of one person not preaching the Gospel.

I know Catholics by in large love this man so do liberals and that alone sets off red flags in my direction. What is most disheartening to me was a few comments I made on twitter this week and the comments it received by what I considered as good conservative men of God that happened to be Catholic. It broke my heart to hear such comments I will not go into details and who left the comments but if you know what the word idolatry means there is a big concern here for me and for Christians that praise one man might need to do a personal heart to God’s heart check on themselves.

The other big news item of course is Donald Trump, a few of my aunts and uncles have been out my way for a visit this week asked me what I thought of Mr. Trump and my statement was “I wish he would leave and let people like Cruz and Jindal takeover”

If you think Trump is the GOP saving grace you could be right but I don’t think he is. Like Jeb Bush said on Fox News (no I’m not a Bush fan) check back with me in two months and see where we are, Responding to Trumps popularity.

I agree with Jeb I really don’t think Trump can debate well. I mean watch him in a debate, he calls people names, says I can do better than you, almost childlike responses.

Is Trump better than any democrat well yeah that’s a no brainer. It’s also a testament to a candidate that gets into it with Trump like what Rubio has been doing, shows me Rubio needs to drop out he is way too inexperienced to be running a campaign as is Trump. As a Christian Trump is all over the place, I like how he has pandered to the Christian GOP group but I’m not sold on if he really knows who Jesus is.

Boehner resigns yippy it about time don’t let actually let the door hit you as you leave you have been an embarrassment to the GOP and have done nothing to further the advancement of America. When fools like Harry Reid say it’s a loss for Boehner to leave that is when you know it’s time for fools like Boehner to leave, McConnell needs to follow right behind him.

These are my thoughts this Monday feel free to add your own and enjoy the week.
